I can't say enough about how these Vitatops have helped me stay on track and lose weight! Not only are they delicious but they are filling and they don't "trigger" the need for more sweets. I love them slighted warmed up with whip cream on top! I LOVE the fudgy peanut butter (it has little peanut butter morsels on top) and the corn muffins (especially with chili). They are also good warmed up with frozen yogurt on the side! YUM!
