Loving my new Weight Watchers Ultimate Cookbook! Over 250 Easy Recipes!

I'm loving my new cookbook! There are recipes for Salads, Sandwiches, Wraps, Soups, Stir- fries, Grilling, Slow cooker dinners, easy 20 minute dinners (etc). What I like most is that there isn't a bunch of odd seasonings and the recipes are not "gourmet". The recipes are super easy to follow and make. Great Summer Cookout Recipe! Ambrosia! Creamy Fruity & Delicious!

Weight Watchers Analysis Scale - I have used this scale for over 5 years. I would recommend this to anyone!

This is the scale I have used for over 5 years. It is accurate, saves your last 5 Weigh'ins and has been very reliable. It measures "body water" so it helps when it looks like you gained and see can see that it is body water and not fat... Helps to keep the scale frustration down! I would recommend this scale to anyone. Please let me know if you have the scale and what you think of it?

Breakfast Egg Cheese & Veggie Casserole! 2 Points Plus per huge slice!



One small container of Better n Eggs (or Egg Beaters)
1/3 Cup Bisquick Heart Smart 
2 Cups diced broccoli
1/2 Cup diced onion
1 Cup Fresh Diced tomatoes
3/4 Cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
2 TBSP 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese 
5 to 6 TBSP water
1 Tsp Tabasco Sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
In a small bowl mix the Bisquick with 5 to 6 TBSP water (the consistency should be very thin
Spray the bottom of a 9X13 and spread the Bisquick mixture evenly on the bottom (it should cover the entire bottom of the dish)
Next saute your broccoli & onions for 7 to 8 minutes (until veggies are slightly soft)
Now take a large bowl and add every ingredient except for the Parmesan Cheese and mix well
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the Bisquick
Bake for 30 minutes 
Remove from oven
Sprinkle 2 TBSP of Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole
Place casserole back into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes (the top should be slightly brown and solid 
Let Cool & cut into 8 HUGE Slices. Each slice is only 2 Points Plus!!

Apple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Quesadilla! Weight Watchers Points Plus - 5


Ingredients:
La Tortilla Factory 80 Calorie Tortillas
2/3 Cup Apple Pie Filling (Sugar Free)
1 Packet WW Cream Cheese (or 2 Tablespoons Light Cream cheese)
Cinnamon 
(Optional- sprinkle confectioners sugar on top)

Directions:
Lay your tortilla down and spread the cream cheese on one side of the tortilla
Dice up the apples into smaller pieces
Put the tortilla on the quesadilla maker and add the apple filling on top of the cream cheese
Now fold the tortilla over to close it
Now close the lid
Bake for 3 Minutes
Serve! 
The Entire Quesadilla is only 5 WW Points Plus!

Cheesy Pizza Cabbage Casserole - 4 Points Plus per HUGE Slice!


Ingredients:
Medium Head of Cabbage (Diced)
30 oz Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz cans (Drained)
2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 Jar Ragu Pizza Sauce
20 Slices Turkey Pepperoni 
9X13 Pan
2 TBSP 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Take about 4 to 5  Cups of Diced Cabbage and place on the bottom of your pan
Drain Tomatoes completely and put in a medium pot
Add Entire Jar of Pizza Sauce & all your seasonings
Let Simmer for 5 Minutes 
Add Half of the Tomato/Pizza Mixture and spread a thin layer on top of cabbage
Now add 15 oz of fat free Ricotta Cheese & Spread evenly
Layer another layer of cabbage (4 to 5 Cups)
Spread the remainder Tomato/Pizza Mixture on top of the Cabbage
Now add 15 more oz of Fat Free Ricotta and spread evenly
Sprinkle 2 Tsp Italian seasoning all over the casserole 
Place 20 Slices of Turkey Pepperoni evenly over casserole
Cover with aluminum Foil and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes
Remove from oven
Add 2 TBSP Parmesan grated cheese evenly on top of casserole
Stick Casserole back in the oven and Bake for 20 to 25 minutes 
Cut into 8 Huge Slices
Each Slice is only 4 Points Plus (calculated with the Weight Watchers Recipe Builder)

Gloria Jeans Brown Sugar Cake K Cups!

These K cups are absolutely Delicious! I've been having them mixed with Caramel Creamer and it tastes like sipping cake for no calories and no points! If you add the creamer it's one point per delicious cup!
