I found this picture on my Iphone and I was like wow I've lost a lot since then... So I went into my closet and found similar clothes (in much smaller sizes) and put them on and ran back in the bathroom and took a picture so I could compare them. So this is the difference of 45 Pounds. Such a huge difference! Once I hit 20 more pounds I will do another comparison. It's very interesting to see!

Weight Watchers- Baked Crispy Chicken with Bacon Low Calorie/Point Recipe!! Delicious!
This is a YUMMY Recipe I originally got from Hungry Girl. All you need is 3 items and you won't believe how good these are. It's Baked Chicken with Bacon.
What you will need:
Chicken (I used about a pound of chicken tenderloins 99% Fat Free)
Hidden Valley Dips - Ranch or Guacamole
Oscar Mayer "Real" Bacon Bits- 4 Tablespoons
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350
Get a Baking Dish, Spray the bottom of the pan with Pam or other Cooking Spray
Put the chicken in nice and evenly
Take about a Tablespoon and a half of the Hidden Vall Ranch Powder dip - be sure to cover all of the chicken. It really flavors it well
Finally add the bacon bits evenly distributed on all the of the chicken
Pop into the oven for about 35 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and the bacon is crispy!
Throw some Veggies on the side and Dig in!
