Weight Watcher Friendly Deep Dish Pizzas! 2 Points Plus






















Ingredients:
24 Slices Turkey pepperoni slices (Hormel)
2/3 Cup Heart Smart Bisquick
1 Cup diced onion & 1 Cup diced green peppers (Fresh or Frozen)
1/2 Cup Ragu Pizza Sauce
1/4 Cup Eggbeaters
3/4 Cup 2% Cheese (Cheddar)
Garlic Powder
Oregano
Muffin Pan
Cooking Spray

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375
Saute Peppers & onions over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes (drain any liquid)
Mix pizza sauce with onions and peppers
Spray Muffin Tin cups with Pam or other cooking spray
Mix Bisquick and Eggbeaters in a small bowl
Add 3 to 4 Tablespoons of water and blend until its a silky smooth consistency
Evenly distribute the batter in all 12 muffins
Evenly distribute the pizza sauce mixture in all 12 muffins
Add 2 slices of pepperoni on top of
 each muffin
(sprinkle garlic powder on top or other seasonings)
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes 
Remove from oven
Sprinkle Cheese evenly on to all 12 muffins
Sprinkle oregano on top (optional)
Bake for 3 to 4 more minutes (till cheese is melted)
Serve!
Makes 12 Deep Dish Pizza muffins 2 Points per Muffin!

Grocery Find! Walmart Brand (Great Value) Wheat Bread - Only 1 Point per slice!

For those of you that shop at Walmart, I stumbled upon this wheat bread! Only 1 Point per slice and it's high in Fiber as well...  and just as good as Sarah Lee Bread but less calories! Another Fabulous thing is that is was only $1.99! For all the Walmart shoppers check it out!
