Weight Watchers - What's for dessert?

Looking for a quick and yummy dessert you can whip up in about 3 minutes?? This is SUCH a yummy dessert!! It's Creamy Delicious and is so satisfying!!! I found the Keebler Mini Pie Crusts and I'm super excited to make all kinds of stuff with them!! Whats so great about this recipe is that it's a single serving! If you make a large pie sometimes you may cut yourself a piece that is bigger than one serving.. This resolves that completely! You can make one of these or 6 at a time and even wrap them in saran wrap and freeze them. They are only 5 Points on the Weight Watchers Points plus plan!!!

Here is how to make them. You can check out the Youtube Video as well!!

1 Keebler Mini Pie Crusts
4 Tablespoons Kraft Cool whip in Creamy Chocolate
1 Teaspoon Nestle Mini Morsels
1/2 Banana

On the Pie Crust Layer Bananas first and then 2 Tablespoons of Cool whip and then add a few more bananas slices and then top with 2 more Tablespoons of Cool Whip.
Top with 1 Teaspoon of Nestle Mini Morsels.. YUM

Really?? Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pop Tarts?!?

It took a lot for me to resist buying these!!
They are too many points for one of them.
So I saw these at Walmart and had to share.... OMG they look so good... I love Pop Tarts as it is and then I saw these and hey had one Peanut Butter and one Peanut butter chocolate... So why didn't I get some? Although tempting these are 200 calories per pastry!! They also put 2 pastries in each little serving so it's tempting not to eat both! I also didn't want to get them home and have a crazy night and get a craving and eat the whole box. lol I know my limits. :)

The best Light Ranch Dressing

This is the best light ranch dressing I have ever had!!! It tastes like regular ranch. It's only 50 calories for 2 tablespoons and on Weight Watchers Points its only 1 little point for 2 tablespoons. Just enough to cover your salad or dip vegetables in!! I got this at Walmart

The difference 50 pounds made in my face

I wanted to share this picture.... the Picture on the left shows me 50 pounds ago... the picture on the right was taken a few weeks ago... I't so amazing how extra weight can distort how you are really supposed to look!! We cannot let fat distort how we are really supposed to look!! Even when I lose 10 pounds I really notice it in my face. I still have a little over 30 pounds to lose. I can't wait to see what my face look like when I'm there! I will be sure to post pictures once I get there!

Eat what YOU like........

What has really helped me to lose weight is finding delicious filling recipes that taste good and keep me satisfied for a longer period of time... No one wants to live on celery sticks!! Key point... EAT foods that you LIKE in smaller portions to make any diet that you are on work for you... Losing 100 pounds is not easy... but it hasn't been that hard because I have made my plan work for me... You can do it too!!!

I just found about ebates not too long ago... Its amazing!! It is NOT a SCAM at all!!! What you do is sign up through email and then use their website to shop at Macys, Sephora, Home Depot, wherever you want to shop and it tells you how much you will get a percentage off on your purchase.. For instance... I ordered a few things from Sephora $49 and Sephora offered 14% cash back so they credited my account for $2.40. After 3 months they send you a check or credit a paypal account if you have one!! If you shop online a lot that could mean a little paycheck in a few months :) Its absolutely FREE and you get money back just for going through their site!!
