Feeling deprived on your weight loss plan?

On our Weight Loss Plan "At times" we feel like we are "suffering".... Well.. For a moment think of it like this... On one hand if you are ON your (weight loss plan) you are:  

a) on your weight loss plan (whatever plan that is) and not eating all the foods you normally eat (in large portions) so you are not so happy 
b) you see other people eating delicious things (as much as they want) and you wish you could  too.
c) you feel like you are always hungry and always thinking about food and what you "can't have" and you simply you feel like you are "suffering" 

On the other hand... when you are NOT on a diet plan and you are: 

a) eating whatever you want (huge portions)
b) you don't like what you see in the mirror, you don't like the number on the scale, you feel gross and very disgusted with yourself after you have eaten out of control.
c) you are constantly thinking about how you "want" to be on your weight loss plan and wishing you were thinner 

So... what are you doing?!? ...........You are SUFFERING!  
The message here is to PUSH through... get on your plan and start losing weight and STOP suffering! It WILL get easier... one successful day leads to another and before you know it, it becomes a habit and it does get easier! You CAN do it!!

Binge Eating

BEFORE YOU Overeat/Binge...

3. How quickly that food is down your throat, in your stomach and how it totally wasn't worth it!   ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
4. How GOOD you feel in the morning after a successful day of staying on track!  ๐Ÿ˜
5. How bloated and gross you feel afterwards ๐Ÿ˜ซ
6. When the overwhelming feeling is there to binge just STOP๐Ÿšซ, calm down, get out of the kitchen or where ever the temptation is and grab a cup of coffee or tea, veggies or fruit and relax.... ☕️๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ๐ŸŠ

Having a tough day staying on plan?

Motivation - Read Daily!!!


  1. I will be successful today and stay on track
  1. I will not let anyone tempt me into eating anything I don't want to eat

  1. I will make wise decisions when eating out 
  1. I will not let temptation win!
  1. I love myself and I want to look and feel good about myself
  1. I want to be healthier 
  1. I CAN have the body I've always wanted 
  1. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes 
  1. I will wear the cute clothes I've always wanted to wear 
  1. I want to live longer 
  1. I will get in some type of exercise even if it's 5 minutes (unless restricted by Dr)
  1. I want to be an example to the people around me and to my children. 
  1. I will go to bed tonight happy that I made it through the day successfully!

My Experience - Feeling fat in Dresses

When I was over 300 pounds I would NEVER wear a dress. I looked frumpy and felt bigger in them so I steered clear of them. Even at Weddings I dreaded going because I couldn't wear a dress. Everyone else could wear one and look all fancy and I did my best to dress up as much a I possibly could. Below are pictures of me at a Wedding years ago and another picture of me about 3 weeks ago. No one knew it but I felt very proud to be in my Victoria's Secret dress size Medium :) In the old picture I am wearing a size 26/28 and pants size 28. When I knew I was growing out of the clothes at  the Plus size store I knew I was in trouble but still I did nothing to change it. I will never go back there again!!! You can do it too!!
