Weight Loss Motivation! Reinforce Positive Thoughts! Read daily!
Studies show that repeating positive thoughts can actually help you change the way you think! Print and read this daily!
- It feels so good to be in control. When I get up in the morning I am excited about the day.
- When I look it the mirror I like what I see and I am proud of who I am.
- I have found the discipline to eat according to my needs than to be driven by self-destructive over eating habits.
- Gone are my OLD excuses and old habits. I know how to cope with ups and downs in life in positive ways instead of turning to food!
- I will NOT let food rule my life!
- I WILL be SUCCESSFUL today and I WILL stay on track
- Food is NOT the answer to ANY problem that comes my way
- No more pants that are too tight and no more baggy clothes to hide in
- I may not be at my goal yet but I am closer than I was yesterday
- I love who I am now and I am excited to be the person I am working towards being!
- I am learning that I do have the POWER and STRENGTH within me to do anything I set out to do!
- I WILL win this BATTLE!

Feel Like You're Suffering sometimes on your Weight Loss Plan?
On our Weight Loss Plan "At times" we feel like we are "suffering".... Well.. For a moment think of it like this... On one hand if you are ON your (weight loss plan) you are:
a) on your weight loss plan (whatever plan that is) and not eating all the foods you normally eat (in large portions) so you are not so happy
b) you see other people eating delicious things (as much as they want) and you wish you could too.
c) you feel like you are always hungry and always thinking about food and what you "can't have" and you simply you feel like you are "suffering"
On the other hand... when you are NOT on a diet plan and you are:
a) eating whatever you want (huge portions)
b) you don't like what you see in the mirror, you don't like the number on the scale, you feel gross and very disgusted with yourself after you have eaten out of control.
c) you are constantly thinking about how you "want" to be on your weight loss plan and wishing you were thinner
So... what are you doing?!? ...........You are SUFFERING!
The message here is to PUSH through... get on your plan and start losing weight and STOP suffering! It WILL get easier... one successful day leads to another and before you know it, it becomes a habit and it does get easier! You CAN do it!!
