Creamy Green Bean & Almond Casserole - WW Friendly 2 Points Plus
Ingredients:
2 Pounds French Style Green Beans
1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
1 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1 Can Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tsp Minced Onion
Cooking Spray
9x13 Baking Dish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Heat up your green beans (in a large bowl in the microwave) and then drain any water
Now pour all ingredients except for the almonds in with the green beans and mix well
Spray your 9x13 Pan and pour Green bean mixture and spread evenly
Take 1/4 Almonds and sprinkle on top of your casserole
Sprinkle Ground Pepper on top (optional)
Bake for 25 Minutes
Cut into 8 Slices
Each slice is only 2 Point Plus!
