MOM'S Home Cooked Chili Made Weight Watcher Style! Packed with Protein & Fiber! Delicious!!!


What you will Need:

1 Pound Lean Ground Turkey 93% Fat Free
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
5 Cans of Diced Tomatoes (14 oz cans)
1 Can of Tomato Paste
1 Cup Diced Green Peppers
1 Cup Diced Onions
2/3 Cup Frozen Corn (Frozen Corn tastes best)
1 Can Black Beans
2 Cans Light Red Kidney Beans 14 oz Cans
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Cook the Turkey Meat until Brown
Throw all the ingredients in the pot with the ground cooked turkey EXCEPT for the Beans and the Corn
Simmer for 20 Minutes on Medium Low Heat
Add the 3 Cans of beans (do not drain the Kidney Beans but DO drain the Black Beans
Bring to a boil and stir and simmer on low for 40 to 50 minutes... (the longer it simmers the better the ingredients combine)
Makes about 14 Cups
One Cup = 4 Points!
