Weight Watcher Friendly HUGE Veggie Omelet! 3 Points Plus!


Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Fat Free Ricotta
1/2 Cup Fresh Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Fresh Diced Broccoli
Eggbeaters 8 ounces
Black Pepper, Salt & Garlic Powder to taste

Directions:
Start by heating a medium pan sprayed with Pam or other spray
Pour in your egg beaters and let cook until almost set
Throw in your seasonings and the ricotta, broccoli and tomatoes
Fold the omelet over 
Carefully flip your omelet over and let cook until set
Serve!
The entire omelet is HUGE and only 3 points plus!
