Ingredients:
1 Pound 93% Ground Turkey
Pam (cooking Spray)
1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 Cup Diced Onions
1 Cup Diced Green Peppers
Medium to Large size Cabbage (diced)
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
1 Cup Chunky Salsa (any brand)
1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cheese
9X13 Baking Dish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees
In a Large Pot, Brown Ground Turkey
Throw in Green Pepper, Onion, Taco Seasoning & Salsa
Mix and let Simmer for about 2 minutes
Spray your 9X13 with Cooking Spray and add about 5 Cups of diced cabbage (the entire bottom of pan should be covered)
Now add about 1/2 of the Taco Mixture on top of the cabbage (spread evenly)
Add 1/2 Cup Sour Cream (Spread evenly)
Add 4 to 5 Cups of Cabbage
Now add the remainder of the Taco Mixture
Add another 1/2 Cup FF Sour Cream (Spread evenly)
**Take your Reduced fat cheese and fat free cheese and combine in a small bowl
NOTE: Do NOT add cheese to casserole yet!
Cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes
Remove aluminum Foil and discard
Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of the casserole and put back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
After 10 minutes (cheese should be melted)
Remove from Oven
Cut into 8 Slices and Serve!
Each Slice is 4 Points Plus!
