New Recipe! Super Moist RED VELVET Cake! Decadent! Weight Watcher Friendly!
What you need:
4 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (30 Calories per Serving)
2 Boxes of Sugar Free, Fat Free Cheesecake Jello
1 Box Dunkin Hines Red Velvet Cake mix
12 oz Can Diet Soda (almost any flavor will do)
1 Container of Fat Free Cool whip 8 oz
6 Reduced Fat Oreo Cookies
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Take your Red Velvet Cake mix and diet soda and mix together until creamy
Pour cake Mixture into Cake Pan and bake for 23 to 25 minutes
Once it cools poke holes all through the entire cake
Take both packages of Jello cheesecake and your Almond milk (4 Cups) and whisk until creamy
Pour the entire mixture on top of the cake (the cheesecake filling will go down into the cake)
Cover and put in refrigerator for 3 or more hours
Add entire container of Fat Free Cool Whip on top of the pudding and spread evenly
Take 6 Reduced Fat Oreos and put in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin (or anything you have
Sprinkle the oreoes evenly on top of the entire cake
Cut into 16 slices
Each slice is only 5 WW Points! Amazing!!
This can be stored in the Refrigerator or freezer

This week's Obsession! My New Quesadilla Maker! Make Appetizers, Lunches & More in 5 minutes or less!
There are SO many low Point and low Calorie Quesadilla's to be made with this! I just bought this and I am in LOVE! I have made breakfast quesadillas, quick desserts and chicken melts! They take literally 5 minutes to make and they come out delicious!! The possibilities are endless! I've posted the brand I bought below. It is very easy to clean as well. Once it cools you simply wipe it clean and store it!

Repeat this daily! Increase Self Esteem! Reinforce Positive thoughts!
- It feels so good to be in control. When I get up in the morning I am excited about the day.
- When I look it the mirror I like what I see and I am proud of who I am.
- I have found the discipline to eat according to my needs than to be driven by self-destructive over eating habits.
- Gone are my OLD excuses and old habits. I know how to cope with ups and downs in life in positive ways instead of turning to food!
- I will NOT let food rule my life!
- I WILL be SUCCESSFUL today and I WILL stay on track
- Food is NOT the answer to ANY problem that comes my way
- No more pants that are too tight and no more baggy clothes to hide in

Recipe! WW Friendly - 2 Point French Vanilla Cupcakes with Cheesecake Icing!
Ingredients:
1 Box of Super Moist Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
12 oz Can of Honest Fizz Zero Calorie Soda OR Sprite Zero
Fat Free Cool Whip (8 oz Container)
1 Box of Cheesecake Flavor - Instant Sugar Free Fat Free Jello
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Take entire box of Cake mix and 12 oz soda and mix until smooth
Fill 24 Cupcake holders with cake mix
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are lightly brown (let cool completely)
Take entire container of cool whip and the container of cheesecake jello and mix until creamy
Smooth icing on all 24 Cupcakes
Each cupcake is only 2 Points
