Weight Watchers Friendly Chicken Noodle Soup - 1 Point Per Cup! Printable Recipe!


Ingredients:
Three 32 oz Containers of 99% to 100% Fat Free Chicken Broth
3 Cups Ronzoni Smart Taste Wide Egg Noodles
2 Green Squash (Sliced)
6 Celery Stalks (Diced)
3 Carrots (Diced)
1 Medium Onion (Diced)
1 and 1/2 Cups Grilled Chicken (Harvestland or Perdue) Diced
1/4 Cup All purpose flower
2 - 2/3 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Basil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
3 Cups Water

Directions:
Take Chicken broth and all veggies and seasonings put in a large pot
Simmer for 20 Minutes and then throw in grilled chicken
Add 2 and 1/2 Cups of water to your pot
Add 3 Cups of Smart Taste egg noodles
Take 1/4 Cup of Flour and Mix with 1/2 Cup of Water until creamy
Pour the flour mixture into your pot and mix
Add 2 - 2/3 Cups of Frozen Peas
Let Simmer for 25 Minutes
Makes 25 Cups!
