Eat what YOU like........
What has really helped me to lose weight is finding delicious filling recipes that taste good and keep me satisfied for a longer period of time... No one wants to live on celery sticks!! Key point... EAT foods that you LIKE in smaller portions to make any diet that you are on work for you... Losing 100 pounds is not easy... but it hasn't been that hard because I have made my plan work for me... You can do it too!!!
