How to Bake Moist Delicious Chicken without adding calories/points - Printable Recipe



Ingredients:
1 Pound 98% Fat Free Chicken Tenderloins
2 Cups Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Minced Onion
1 Tsp Pepper
1 to 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 TBSP Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour all ingredients into a large ziplock bag and let marinate for about 15 minutes
Pour entire bag into a 9X13 and arrange chicken evenly across pan
Put into oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes 
Weigh 3 oz servings for 3 Points per Serving!
