New Recipe! Weight Watcher Friendly Caramel Apple Crunch HUGE Parfait!

1/2 Cup Diced Apples
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cool Whip
Ground Cinnamon (optional)
1 Container of Yoplait Greek 100 Calorie Apple Pie Yogurt (or comparable type)
15 Quaker Caramel Popped Rice Snacks

Crush The Quaker Caramel rice snacks in a ziplock bag
Place a small amount of the Caramel Rice Cakes on to the bottom of a parfait cup or a bowl
Add a Few TBSP of Greek Yogurt
Add about 2 and /12 TBSP of apples
Add 2 TBSP FF Cool Whip
Now start another layer using the Quaker rice cakes
Keep layer just as you did the first time until all ingredients are used up
Sprinkle Ground Cinnamon on top
