Very Berry Cobbler (Dump Cake) Weight Watcher Friendly Recipe!
1 Box Pillsbury Sugar Free Classic Yellow Cake Mix (you don't have to use sugar free)
2 Cups Diet Cherry 7 Up (any diet soda will work)
About 28 oz. Mixed berries (blueberries,strawberries, raspberries, black berries) (a little more or less is fine)
Preheat oven to 350
Spray the bottom of a 9X13 with Pam or other Cooking spray
Spread all the "frozen" fruit on the bottom of the pan (do not thaw)
Pour the entire box of Cake mix on top of the fruit (spread the cake mix try to cover as much fruit as possible)
Now Pour two cups of diet soda on top of the entire cake
Cover with aluminum foil and put in oven
Bake for 20 minutes with aluminum foil and then remove aluminum foil after 20 minutes.
Let bake for 40 more minutes (until top is lightly brown)
Cut into 14 Slices (each slice is 4 Points Plus)
**This is excellent warm with a little cool whip!
