Chicken Cheese steak Cabbage Casserole! Only 3 Points Plus Per HUGE slice!

1 Medium Head of Cabbage (diced)
2 Cups Chicken (I used Perdue cut ups)
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Fat free Sour Cream
1 Cups Fresh Diced Tomato 
1 Cup Green Peppers (frozen or fresh cut)
1 Cup Onions (frozen or fresh cut)
2 TBSP 100% Parnesean Cheese
Pepper (optional)
Pam Spray (or other baking spray)
Mix all ingredients except for Fat Free Cheese and Parmesean Cheese
Coat your pan with Pam Spray
Add 4 to 5 Cups of Cabbage to the bottom of the casserole
Add a layer of your mixture on top of the cabbage (about half of the bowl)
Now add 4 to 5 more cups of cabbage on top
Finally add the remainder of the mixture on top of the cabbage (spread evenly)
Pre-heat oven to 375
Cover with aluminum Foil and Bake for 45 minutes
Remove from oven and add Cheddar Cheese and Parmesean Cheese
Bake uncovered for an addition 15 to 25 minutes (cheese should be melted and top should start to lightly brown
Remove from oven!
Cut into 8 HUGE slices!
Each slice is only 3 WW points +
