My Experience with Depriving myself and how it can have the opposite effect on Weight Loss

Have you ever started a fad diet before and after a few days your sick of the taste of "rice cakes" and grapefruit or whatever the food that you are eating is?

Have you ever began a chocolate shake fast and only drank creamy chocolate shakes until you end up hating the taste of chocolate? These quick and fast weight loss diets are usually only temporary.  I have done these type of quick fixes before and ended up eating the whole house when I was done!! I would gain back all the weight I had lost "and then some." This can be extremely discouraging!

To continue lose weight  and to be able to stay on your program, you have to make YOUR program work for you!  For example, if you're craving a high calorie dessert from your favorite restaurant, have it... Just make sure that you find out the calorie information or Weight Watcher points for it and plan AHEAD for it! There is NOTHING that you can't have on this plan...

Depriving yourself from foods you love only leads to the OVERWHELMING Food cravings and to have them ALL at once. DON'T let this happen to you!

If your allowed say 28 points per day and your favorite cheeseburger is 12 points.... eat lower point meals at Breakfast and Lunch so you can still stay within your points for the day AND have your favorite cheeseburger. Once you practice this a few times you will see that it CAN be done and you can still eat your favorite foods without depriving yourself and still losing weight!!

**You cannot change your Life until you CHANGE what you do daily.... The SECRET to success is what you CHANGE in your every day routine....

Weight Watchers - Quick 3 Ingredient Filling Dinner Idea using Cabbage! ...

Is the Refrigerator calling you?

Is the refrigerator calling you?? Are your points gone for the day? Grab a cup of decaf hot tea or decaf flavored coffee and a piece of fruit and turn off the kitchen lights! Tell yourself that the Kitchen is CLOSED! Make a "Kitchen Closed" sign and sit it on the counter top if you need to.

DON'T ruin a perfect day of staying on track with the night time munchies! Think about it...Is it really worth it??

Keep in mind that you just need to make it through the night and you will have a fresh set of points in the morning to use! Not only that you will be thinner in the morning! I LOVE waking up after a successful day. It just feels so good!

Sometimes when I struggle at night I decide to do a facial mask... my Favorite is Glam glow. I am OBSESSED with it!  It tightens pores, smooths fine lines and it dries really tight.  You can't open your mouth to eat something if you tried! When you wash it off your skin is "glowing" and very soft and smooth! I always feel like I did something to improve myself and the feeling of overeating isn't as strong as it was.

Other things you can do it Paint your nails or take a hot bath. Remember, pampering yourself boosts self esteem and will make you less likely to overeat. I also like to go online and simply browse clothing in the next size down.
For me...I'm NOT trying to look Perfect... but I know I want to look good, feel good about myself and ROCK any jeans of my choice!

 YOU CAN DO IT!!!
