My Experience with Depriving myself and how it can have the opposite effect on Weight Loss

Have you ever started a fad diet before and after a few days your sick of the taste of "rice cakes" and grapefruit or whatever the food that you are eating is?

Have you ever began a chocolate shake fast and only drank creamy chocolate shakes until you end up hating the taste of chocolate? These quick and fast weight loss diets are usually only temporary.  I have done these type of quick fixes before and ended up eating the whole house when I was done!! I would gain back all the weight I had lost "and then some." This can be extremely discouraging!

To continue lose weight  and to be able to stay on your program, you have to make YOUR program work for you!  For example, if you're craving a high calorie dessert from your favorite restaurant, have it... Just make sure that you find out the calorie information or Weight Watcher points for it and plan AHEAD for it! There is NOTHING that you can't have on this plan...

Depriving yourself from foods you love only leads to the OVERWHELMING Food cravings and to have them ALL at once. DON'T let this happen to you!

If your allowed say 28 points per day and your favorite cheeseburger is 12 points.... eat lower point meals at Breakfast and Lunch so you can still stay within your points for the day AND have your favorite cheeseburger. Once you practice this a few times you will see that it CAN be done and you can still eat your favorite foods without depriving yourself and still losing weight!!

**You cannot change your Life until you CHANGE what you do daily.... The SECRET to success is what you CHANGE in your every day routine....
