Cheesy Pizza Cabbage Casserole - 4 Points Plus per HUGE Slice!


Ingredients:
Medium Head of Cabbage (Diced)
30 oz Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz cans (Drained)
2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 Jar Ragu Pizza Sauce
20 Slices Turkey Pepperoni 
9X13 Pan
2 TBSP 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Take about 4 to 5  Cups of Diced Cabbage and place on the bottom of your pan
Drain Tomatoes completely and put in a medium pot
Add Entire Jar of Pizza Sauce & all your seasonings
Let Simmer for 5 Minutes 
Add Half of the Tomato/Pizza Mixture and spread a thin layer on top of cabbage
Now add 15 oz of fat free Ricotta Cheese & Spread evenly
Layer another layer of cabbage (4 to 5 Cups)
Spread the remainder Tomato/Pizza Mixture on top of the Cabbage
Now add 15 more oz of Fat Free Ricotta and spread evenly
Sprinkle 2 Tsp Italian seasoning all over the casserole 
Place 20 Slices of Turkey Pepperoni evenly over casserole
Cover with aluminum Foil and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes
Remove from oven
Add 2 TBSP Parmesan grated cheese evenly on top of casserole
Stick Casserole back in the oven and Bake for 20 to 25 minutes 
Cut into 8 Huge Slices
Each Slice is only 4 Points Plus (calculated with the Weight Watchers Recipe Builder)
