I'm loving my new cookbook! There are recipes for Salads, Sandwiches, Wraps, Soups, Stir- fries, Grilling, Slow cooker dinners, easy 20 minute dinners (etc). What I like most is that there isn't a bunch of odd seasonings and the recipes are not "gourmet". The recipes are super easy to follow and make. Each Recipe also shares the calories and PointsPlus Values! Just wanted to share! If you want one for yourself I've added a link below!
